MICRO SPLASH (Marist Investment Center Reach OUT) returns this spring! This event is a great opportunity for middle and high-school students who have an interest in Business and Finance to learn more about investing! Numbers will be limited to 32.
What is Micro Splash?
Micro Splash is a one-day event where a limited number of high school students come to Marist's Investment Center to take fun business and finance classes. Classes are taught by Marist students, and everyone
involved in hosting Marist Splash is a volunteer.
Program Essentials
Who can attend?
7th-12th graders. It's a day for students, so parents are free to tour campus, or explore our beautiful Hudson River area. We have some ideas below.
When is it on?
Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, from 9:30am-2:30pm.
What classes can I take?
The morning schedule will usually have some classes that all students take. In the afternoon, you can choose to take whatever classes interest you. All the classes are related to business and finance.
How do I sign up?
Make an account by clicking here. Then, register for classes here.
Where will it take place?
Marist College Investment Center, which is located in our Hancock Center. You can find directions here.
Where do students check-in?
Hancock Center (No. 16 on the map).
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your your signed insurance waiver and emergency contact forms. (See the bottom of this page). You will not be able to attend classes without these forms.
How much does it cost?
The cost for the Spring Micro Splash program will be $10 dollars for the program, which includes lunch. Please pay using Paypal in advance.
Do you provide lunch?
Yes, pizza and water or soda will be provided to all students. Students may also choose to bring their own lunches, although there will be no discounts.
Student Schedule
9:30 am - 10:00 am: Sign-in
10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Classes
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Classes

Anyone interested in Micro Splash (parents and potential students) can always create an account for our website. By making an account, you will receive emails from us regarding our programs. We believe Micro
Splash can be a wonderful learning and growing experience for a student. Students should pick their own classes, navigate the Hancock Center to find them, and make some new friends at lunch. Remember, there will be plenty of volunteers on hand to assist
your child. And Marist Campus Securitywill be providing a reassuring presence, also. You can also encourage your child to have a cell phone with them.
