What is Marist Splash?
Splash is a one-day event where high school and middle school students come to Marist's campus to take fun classes. Classes are taught by Marist students, and everyone involved in hosting Marist Splash is a volunteer.
Program Essentials
Who can attend?
7th-12th graders. It's a day for students, so parents are free to tour campus, or explore our beautiful Hudson River area. We have some ideas below.
When is it on?
Saturday, March 28th, 2020, from 9am-4pm. Student check-in begins at 8:00am.
What classes can I take?
Take whatever classes interest you. Classes can be pretty much about anything!
Do you really mean anything?
Yes, classes are taught by Marist students on topics that they find fun and interesting. So you might learn about making ice-cream using liquid nitrogen, cooking cheap meals fast, or how to take over the world. Our catalog will be available 24 hours before Marist Splash.
How do I sign up?
Make an account by clicking “sign up” at the top right of this page. Then, register for classes once class
registration opens.
Where will it take place?
Marist College. You can find directions here.
Where do students check-in?
Lowell Thoms (No. 19 on the
map).
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your your signed insurance waiver and emergency contact forms. (See the bottom of this page).
You will not be able to attend classes
without these forms.
How much does it cost?
The cost for Marist Splash will be $20 dollars for the program, including lunch. Payment should be made in advance by PayPal.)

Do you provide lunch?
Yes, lunch is included: pizza and a drink.
Student Schedule
8:00 am - 9:00 am: Sign-in
9:00 am - 10:00 am: Splash Small Groups (Icebreakers & Fun!)
10:00 am - 1:00 pm: Classes
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: First Lunch Period
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Second Lunch Period
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Classes
Information for Parents and Guardians
Program Registration:
Anyone interested in Marist Splash (parents and potential students) can always create an account for our website. By making an account, you will receive emails from us regarding our programs. We believe Splash can be a wonderful learning and growing experience for a student. They should pick their own classes, navigate the Student Center to find them, and make some new friends playing games at lunch. Remember, there will be plenty of volunteers on hand to make sure your child doesn't get lost! And Marist Campus Security will be providing a reassuring presence, also.
